Location was ideal, quite a walk from Tbilisi Botanical Garden, staff was affable even so we didn't see much of them. The bed was comfy, we loved it...

clean, stylish apartment and the owner was wonderful. the rooms were well maintained, kept neat. i loved to dine at pitna, it was so close to the property.
